Thursday Inspiration!

This morning was the first day that I actually felt good on my run. I think that with every training program, it takes a little while before you start feeling comfortable...and then it's time to kick it up a notch again! This picture pretty much describes how good it feels to know you're doing something right in your training-wether it's simply to get in shape or if you're training for something specific!
